Terms & Conditions
Effective 23 July 2026
Meow Clipboard is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The notes below describe how we intend the app to be used and what we can and cannot promise.
Licence
Downloading Meow Clipboard grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control, as set out in Apple's standard EULA. The app may not be redistributed, resold, or reverse-engineered except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Meow Clipboard stays on your Mac, encrypted in the app's sandbox container. We have no access to it, so we cannot recover it for you. Snippets you want to keep long-term should be exported from Settings and backed up like any other file.
No warranty
Meow Clipboard is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a convenience tool for text you copy; it is not a backup system, and clipboard history may be trimmed or auto-deleted according to the limits and expiry settings you choose. To the extent permitted by law, Wuthering Studios is not liable for any loss of data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Meow Clipboard to store or process content you do not have the right to hold, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the app changes materially. The effective date above will change when they do.
